Speaking about the diplomatic problems of the region, the President said that Egypt will work on solving all problems diplomatically. This comes after Egypt played an important mediating role in stabilising regions to safeguard the security and economic consequences for North African and Arab nations.
According to President Sisi, ongoing unrest and uncertainty in the political field threaten with disastrous consequences for the people of the area, particularly when transport routes and safety at sea come under question, driving away the chances for socio-economic growth. The Egyptian leader stressed that achieving lasting regional tranquillity hinges on addressing the root causes of ongoing crises. He called on international stakeholders and regional partners to intensify coordinated diplomatic efforts, adhere to international legal frameworks, and support comprehensive political settlements to prevent further destabilisation across fragile border zones.
Reaffirming Cairo’s active foreign policy, el-Sisi stated that Egypt will maintain its intensive consultations with regional and global actors to promote ceasefire agreements, facilitate unrestricted humanitarian access to affected zones, and protect Arab national security from external threats.
Furthermore, el-Sisi highlighted that the Egyptian state possesses the internal strength, institutional resilience, and strategic awareness required to protect its borders while acting as a reliable cornerstone for broader international peace initiatives. He cautioned that ignoring diplomatic avenues risks trapping the region in perpetual cycles of confrontation, which ultimately undermines global economic security and strains vital maritime supply routes.
