PM: Executive submits trade, tax reform expenses to parliament – Cairo News Agency

The federal government submitted seven legislative amendments to parliament aiming at making improvements to the trade local weather via customs and tax incentives, Top Minister Mostafa Madbouly mentioned Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

Talking on the release of Egypt’s Overseas Industry Data Portal, Madbouly mentioned the federal government was hoping the Space of Representatives would approve the measures sooner than June 30.

He mentioned the proposed reforms had been the results of in depth consultations with the trade neighborhood and had been designed to inspire funding, beef up exporters and stimulate financial process.

Madbouly added that Egypt was once concentrated on products exports of round $100 billion through 2030 as a part of efforts to slim the rustic’s industry deficit and reinforce the economic system’s resilience towards exterior shocks.
